A new Bill before parliament - known as the Council-General in Andorra - will make it illegal for any non-resident owner of property to let his property for holidays. Only fully-registered, quality-controlled properties will be permitted under the new law and they must be managed by a registered agent.

The new proposals are designed to make sure that visitors are fully protected and that their holidays are problem-free.
